Two perspectives, one goal
/ Who we are
We combine systemic family consulting with the precise analysis of face profiling to make entrenched dynamics visible.

I am Martina
I hold a degree in Communication Science and specialize in Face Profiling for individuals, families, and couples. What drives me is a deep desire to truly understand people - and to look beyond what is visible on the surface.
As a mother of two, I experience every day how different personalities can be, even within the same family. These differences are valuable - but in everyday life, they often lead to misunderstandings when needs and reactions aren’t clearly understood.
This is exactly where I come in: I help make needs, reactions, and relationship dynamics visible and easier to understand.
My background and training
Degree in Communication Science, with a strong foundation in interpersonal dynamics, perception, and interaction
Master’s certification in Morphological Face Profiling (Human Morphology) for in-depth analysis of personality structures and potential
Training in Siang Mien Chinese Face Reading, offering additional perspectives on character, conditioning, and personal development
Participation in Invest in Play, with a focus on behavior, inner processes, and personal growth
What shapes my work
In my work, I combine analytical thinking with a strong intuitive sense for people. I often recognize patterns, tensions, and needs very quickly - even those that are not consciously perceived in everyday life, yet have a significant impact on relationships.
I work in a clear, non-judgmental way. My goal is not to evaluate people, but to make them understandable. Because real understanding creates relief - and from that relief, change becomes possible.
It’s especially important to me to meet people where they are: in real life. Not with abstract theories, but with insights that are practical and truly applicable.
My intention is to support families, couples, and individuals in understanding themselves and each other more deeply - creating more ease, clarity, and connection in everyday life.

Qualifications & My Path into Working with Families
My professional path grew out of a deeply personal interest: the desire to truly understand families - not just on the surface, but in what moves people internally, shapes them, and connects them to one another.
As a mother of four, I experience every day how different personalities can be within a single family - and how quickly misunderstandings arise when behavior is misinterpreted. This perspective strongly shapes my work and keeps it closely grounded in real family life.
My experience and training
Master’s certification in Human Morphology (Morph Face Profiling), focusing on identifying personality structures, strengths, and inner potential through facial features
Certified psychological counselor
Advanced training in working empathetically with autistic children, with a focus on individual perception and needs
Qualification in supporting children and adolescents in residential care settings, with a strong emphasis on emotional stability and attachment
Training in holistic support around pregnancy and birth - understood as a sensitive and deeply formative transition for mother, child, and family
Independent, in-depth study of early childhood education as well as child and adolescent development
What guides my work
I see every person as unique - with their own needs, influences, and a very individual way of experiencing the world. Especially within families, this often leads to tension or conflict that doesn’t stem from a lack of love, but from a lack of mutual understanding.
This is exactly where my work begins:
I help you look beyond behavior - toward the person who truly wants to be seen. When we understand why someone reacts the way they do, clarity emerges. And from that clarity, connection can grow again.
It’s important to me that every family feels seen, understood, and taken seriously - without judgment, but with an honest and compassionate view of what lies beneath behavior.
Our philosophy
Precision meets human understanding
We clearly distance ourselves from speculative approaches. For us, Face Profiling is an evidence-based tool to make character structures visible in a neutral, non-judgmental way.
Analytical depth
In our sessions, we combine this physiognomic analysis with systemic coaching. This allows us to look at the entire family system in its interactions and to resolve blockages where they truly arise.
No assumptions, but a precise decoding of your actual strengths as the foundation for sustainable relationship work.
